Meet The Doctor

Hi, I’m Dr. Chase Small, and I’m proud to be back in the place where it all started— Barrington, Illinois. I was born and raised here, and attended Rose, Prairie, and Barrington High School. It means so much to me to be able to return to the community that shaped me and now have the opportunity to care for the people and families I grew up around. My goal as your dentist is to provide compassionate, personalized care for patients of all ages. I want every visit to feel comfortable and stress-free, and I strive to make sure every patient feels confident in their smile and oral health. I treat each and every patient like they are my family and ensure that they get the best possible care available. I take pride in my care with my patients with anxiety and helping them overcome their anxiety with the dentist. Outside of the office, you’ll find me with my 2 golden retriever’s, Bear and our puppy olive, cheering on the Chicago Bears, working out, snowboarding, or just soaking up time outdoors. I strive to bring that same energy and passion into my dental practice every day. I can’t wait to welcome you into our dental family!
